- When picking up goods from supermarkets, please pay attention to the arrival SMS and pick up the goods within 7 days after arrival. Please do not fail to pick up the goods for no reason; any shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

OVERSEAS BUYER ORDERS

- Credit card swiping only: Any credit card bank can be used.
Product shipping:
- KAKOROT provides international goods, which are sent by post office or SF Express. Hong Kong and Macau use SF Express.
- The total weight of the order will be automatically prompted by the system during checkout. Please select the international overseas products and specify the country when placing the order.
- Please note that some products may be too heavy and cannot be shipped internationally.
- If the system does not provide a product country option, please inform the customer service mailbox of the products you need to order, and a dedicated person will handle the order pallet for you.
- Shipping prices are calculated per kilogram in all countries, and you cannot participate in free shipping promotions.
- Import duties, customs duties, customs clearance fees, postage, etc. may be levied in accordance with national laws and regulations.
