Returns and Exchanges
Appreciation period
- The product will have a 7-day product appreciation period (7 days including holidays) from the moment the product arrives at you, for example: signed on January 1, counting on the same day, you can apply for return and exchange before January 7.
- After the goods are delivered, please check the goods as soon as possible, if you find that the goods are damaged or the items and quantities of the goods are incorrect, please be sure to take photos for evidence, and send the photos to the online customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods, leaving your "name of the orderer" and "contact number". If it is judged to be true by Taiwanese personnel, we will compensate or return the goods for you during working hours on working days.
- If you have a need to return or exchange goods, please contact the customer service staff within 7 days of receiving the goods, and provide "name", "contact number", "name of the returned product", "reason for return and photo" and other information, and the customer service staff will assist you in returning and exchanging the goods after receiving it.
The returned goods must be unused, and there is no damage or failure caused by non-human defects, and the 7-day appreciation period guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Law is only for you to hesitate and confirm whether the goods meet your needs, not a trial period for the goods; If the store reminds you, please keep the original packaging (including the outer packaging carton), otherwise the return will not be accepted.The following conditions cannot be returned or exchanged:
- The product appreciation period exceeds 7 days After the product is shipped,
- It cannot be delivered, returned or refunded due to personal reasons, delay or refusal to receive the product, resulting in the failure to deliver or damage to the product.
- If you would like to return or exchange an item, please let us know in advance. If the customer sends the product back without notice, the company will not accept it, and the customer will bear the shipping cost incurred in sending the product back.
- Please carefully assess the health status of the consumer before ordering, and consult a doctor if you have any concerns about "adverse health effects" or "causing physical discomfort". If you feel unwell after ordering and eating, but it is not due to the poor quality of the product, but the consumer himself feels unwell with a certain ingredient of the product, it will not be able to return or exchange the product.
- The goods have been opened and used, or the damage caused by human factors cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: defaced, faulty, damaged, worn, abrased, scratched, dirty.
- The packaging of the returned goods is damaged and incomplete (including gifts), or the invoices and accessories are incomplete.
- For example, if you want to return one of the bottles of turmeric powder in a three-canned group, you can't handle it.
- Malicious or bulk returns.
Contact customer service staff → Confirm returnability → Prepare complete products and invoices → Provide collection time, contact information, and address → Recycling will be carried out by logistics entrusted by the store.
- If there is a defective 'exchange', the round-trip shipping fee will be fully borne by the company.
- Flawless 'exchange', the consumer needs to bear the shipping cost of the new product back and forth.
- For flawless 'returns', shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the total return amount.
If it is a special combination product (such as two pieces of 85% off) at the time of purchase, it will be refunded after deducting the shipping cost according to the above rules according to the special price of the single product.
Credit card payer: After confirming the successful return, the payment will be directly refunded to the credit card account where the original payment was made.
Cash on delivery: Once the return is confirmed, the refund fee will be transferred to the bank account you provided.

- After the product is returned, the product will be inspected. If there are no problems, the money will be refunded within 14 working days.
- Products paid on delivery will be refunded to your designated account within the above 14 working days.
